Caller ID Query

The Caller ID query is for general information. Members of the public should continue to exercise all due precaution when receiving SMSes, especially those with suspicious links.
To Note :
  1. Organisations need to create a CNIR account on the CNIR portal first and register their preferred Caller ID(s). For more information on the registration process, please visit CNIR website, FAQ page and refer to Rules of Registration on the types of Caller IDs that can be accepted by CNIR.
  2. CNIR user organisations should login to the CNIR portal (or check with their CNIR admin account holder) to check on their Caller ID(s) application status.
